I started in technical support at a B2B software company that sells ERP and point-of-sale systems. Since 2024, development has been my main work there.
I build web apps, REST APIs and internal tools from start to finish, and I keep looking after them once they are live. Outside work I run my own projects on Linux servers.
Nothing ships without a reviewed pull request and an automated deploy: more than 1,000 pull requests and almost 3,800 contributions in the last 12 months.

- Started in support. Development has been my main work since 2024.
- Main developer of the customer support platform: a React and TypeScript web app and its Node.js REST API (Express, Prisma, SQL Server).
- Wrote the point-of-sale installer in .NET (C#), with automated tests.
- Added AI features to support, always with a person approving before anything reaches a customer.
- Set up CI/CD with Docker and moved the team from SVN to Git.
